Our Beginners course will take you from an enthusiastic novice to a practical working level in few hours. This course is almost entirely hands-on and is designed to teach you the essentials of cookery.
If you take the different courses we’ll cover essentials like baking, basic sauces, cooking meat and fish correctly and how to make puddings.
You will leave the course with a wealth of new skills and the confidence to continue your journey and enjoyment of cooking great food.
